I love my CHI
Wouldn't trade it for any other brand
I have been using it for two years and it
is still in impecable condition....and best yet....my hair is looking great.
My daughter and I use it daily and we are both satisfied.
I wish all CHI products would come with an auto shut off system when the iron is not in motion for a set amount of time.
Other than that i absolutely recommend it!

I wonder if the actual device is a Chi flat Iron. I know it came in a CHI box but that is it. Nothing else says CHI and I only had it for one month the words on the actual iron rubbed off in like a week. I am just not truly sure I received what I thought I was purchasing.
